    Your satisfaction is our goal. With that in mind, the SupplyGeeks will gladly accept returns for any unopened, unused products within 30 days of your order.   6. Can I Copy A Previous Order To My Cart?

    Yes! To get your copy on, all you need to do is access your account history from the My Account page. Once you're logged in, you will find a list of all your previous orders. Simply find the order you want to copy & use the "Copy to Cart" button. Score!

  7. I Forgot My Password. Help!

    No worries. Simply request to have a password reminder emailed to you. Visit Sign In, then click “Forgot Password?”. Enter your email address, then check your email account to retrieve your password reminder. If you are having trouble finding your new password in your Inbox, be sure to check your Junk Mail or SPAM folders.   8. How Can I Change My Email Address?

    You can easily change your email address by accessing the change email page under My Account. You will be prompted for your current password in order to make changes to your email address.

  9. Can I Ship To Multiple Addresses?

    Yes! When you create an account for the first time you are asked to provide a billing and shipping address. In the Address Book page within My Account you can add as many addresses as you need. You can then assign any one of those addresses as your main billing address or main shipping address. Every time you place and order and go to checkout change your billing or shipping address by simple clicking on the Address book button in the checkout screen.

  10. What Are Favorites?

    Favorites are a quick and easy way to re-order the items you use the most. To get the favorites party started, all you need to do is click the Add to Favorites icon below the Add To Cart button on every product detail page. This will add the item to your Favorites list. So the next time you come back and want to re-order, you can easily find your "saved" items by visiting your Favorites page under My Account.

  11. Do You Charge Sales Tax?


    The SupplyGeeks charge sales tax to the following states only: California, Tennessee & Washington. If you are located in any other state, you will not be charged sales tax on your order.

  13. Do You Ship To PO Boxes?


    No, unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box. A physical address will be needed for orders.

  14. What Shipping Carrier(s) Do You Use?


    The Geeks use UPS for shipping on most orders. However, USPS or FedEx may be substituted for some UPS deliveries though. For freight items, the freight carrier will vary depending on the shipping destination.

  15. Where Will My Order Ship From?


    We have Distribution Centers located in key transport hubs across this beautiful country. So, when you place your order, we will automatically pull stock from the closest one to you. Sweet, huh? Please note, depending on the product and where you are located, we may have to pull from a couple different distribution centers. This may have your order arriving in a few different shipments. The good news is you can always Track Your Order using our handy dandy tracker.

This may be due to different computer monitor resolutions or from the manufacturer themselves.
